"CORDOVA DRUNK DRIVING CASE LATEST - Video - KOAT Albuquerque"
The link:
Approximately 50 plus motorcyclist rode and drove to Santa Fe yesterday throughout the day in support of the victims of the Juan Cordova Case in Santa Fe. Deb Hill wanted to thank everyone for their support. I am so proud of the motorcycle community for banning together so justice may be served. The DA wanted me to say thank you to everyone for their support and said that support from the community is definitely being noticed and taken into account. I also got an e-mail from MADD this morning. (see Below). There is still a very good possibility this case may be dismissed due to Rio Arriba Sheriff's department misconduct. The defense attorney also asked that Juan Cordova be let out of jail yesterday, The Judge said no, I wonder if our strong representation in court yesterday helped him make his decision?
Thank you all

Representatives from the NMMRO, COC, Defenders Program, and ABATE, and a motorcycle club from Chimayo and family of club from Chimayo along with Deb Hill attended court for Juan Cordova on Friday in Santa Fe to show support from the motorcycle community. Our Presence was notice and DA from Santa Fe Angela Spence Pacheco, (if you remember this is the DA we wrote all our letter to) thanked us for our support and asked for a large show of support this coming Wednesday Sept 28 at the Santa Fe Court House. She also chuckled and told us she rides a scooter, we then told her she is also a biker and with a grin she agreed.
You can view KOB story if you click below, I were interviewed by Channel 7 and 4 and our presence was noted on the news.
I understand we have jobs and it is hard to take off, but to anyone that can attend please I urge you to show your support. This is a good Judge and he wants to hear all testimony before he deicide whether to throw this case out or not. If they see that a community is watching that may help in his decision. I have attended all court dates with Deb Hill and will continue to be there to support the victims on our behalf. God Bless you all.

Story: Sheriff's Computers Seized
Judge approves search warrant for electronics as State Police investigate tampering with evidence allegations
Executing a search warrant approved Oct. 6 by Judge T. Glenn Ellington, State Police confiscated all of the Rio Arriba County Sheriff's Department's computers in connection to a vehicular homicide case that has gone haywire from the start.
In response, Sheriff Tommy Rodella's attorney Steve Aarons is petitioning the state Supreme Court, at the expense of County taxpayers, to overturn the warrant and return the equipment, arguing Ellington's court is overstepping its bounds by investigating cases of alleged records and evidence tampering.

If you click on the link above you will be able to view some of yesterday's testimony from Deb Hill, on the Juan Cordova case. After over a month of deliberation, Judge Ellington has decided that there is enough evidence for this case to go the trial, and to place Cordova behind the wheel of the truck that struck and killed Mark Wolfe. This Friday at 10:00 AM one last deliberation will be heard, but we don't think that will change anything thus far, and bail will be set for Cordova on that day also. Many in of the motorcycle community along with myself have been in court everyday, it has been a long, painful journey to get to this point. We are thankful the judge saw through all the corruption of Rio Arriba Sheriff's department, but did not let that sway his discussion so justice may be served for the victims and to do the right thing and determine Cordova should go to a trial by jury. Thank you all who have supported the victims in this tragedy. Deb will be at our NMMRO meeting at ThunderBird Dealership at noon Saturday to thank all. She has joined the NMMRO and is going to help us with our causes also.
